For those who doesn’t know it, the Tuscan chicken liver paté is a traditional Tuscan recipe. Our revisitation with the black summer truffle has given a tastier flavour! To be used on bruschettas or croutons, as Tuscan tradition recommends.

Ingredients
Chicken Liver 50%, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, meat (beef 20%), onion, whie wine (contain sulfites), anchovies, capers, salt, citric acid, parsley, Black Summer Truffle (Tuber Aestivum vitt) 5%, aroma, monosodium glutamate (E621). Contains traces of celery.

Preservation
Store the product in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened keep it in the fridge and consume within 20 days.
